Braze sets IPO terms, and could be valued at up to $5. 4 billion

  • Braze Inc has set terms of its initial public offering, in which the New York-based provider of an engagement platform between consumers and brands could be valued at up to $5.41 billion.
  • The company is looking to raise up to $402.0 million, as it is offering 67 million Class A shares in the IPO, which is expected to price between $55 and $60 a share.
  • Selling shareholders are offering 13 million shares to raise up to $78.0 million.
  • With a total of 90.26 million Class A and Class B shares expected to be outstanding after the IPO, the expected pricing could value the company at up to $5.
  • The stock is expected to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "BRZE.
