  • Nick Sisombath's forever-growing independent sneaker label Collegium is evolving yet again with the pending release of its latest sneaker, the Pillar Destroyer II "Devastators.
  • The California-based label is known for its Pillar "Destroyer High" and complementing lows that draw inspiration from familiar sneakers, adopting popular colorways such as "Bred" and "Royal" before implementing a luxurious twist that separates Collegium from the pack.
  • Back in August, it experimented with a line of penny loafers, and now the label has updated its retro-tinged aesthetic with the new "Devastators," which drop in "Platinum Grey" and "Avio Blue.
  • As per the brand's approach to footwear design, these sneakers are made using only the finest of materials.
  • Made in Italy using Italian calfskin leather uppers and paired with Italian rubber outsoles, the shoes come fitted with removable PU insoles and three sets of premium cotton laces -- the latter being a component inspired by the Supreme x Nike Blazer; which as Sisombath put it in our exclusive Sole Mates interview, "Even down to the laces -- the Supreme Blazer had premium cotton laces with a metal aglet and it came with sail, red, and black pairs, and the little lace bags, it's exactly what Collegium has today.
