The practice was created to address challenges faced by CEOs, boards of directors and leadership teams of mid-sized organizations.
Tripathy, who is a principal at the firm, began his US career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Dallas and went on to work with major multinational corporations including PepsiCo, Limited Brands ande Macy's.
He has worked with businesses and teams of all sizes in the US and globally.
