Monday saw the beginning of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
Staggeringly, Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) actually appeared in person, a mere 10 days after testing positive for COVID-19.
He apparently has not tested negative or even been examined by a physician to confirm he has no symptoms " and removed his mask before giving his opening remarks.
C), meanwhile, who was exposed to Lee in an October 1 hearing and had one negative test, has since refused to take another one even as a precaution.
